Chinese also use it to make traditional food in some traditional festivals.

Please note:

Do not use during women period time, it is best to use it 3 days after finishing period , But ,If you have less volume ,during period , you can use it 1-3 times during period, it can help circulation .

1 stick can be used 2-3 times, normally 20mins- 1 hour for self care, 2-5 times a week depending on your need.  After finishing, you could put it into water 1 min, it get dry quickly for next time use.

If you are pregnant , some acupoints , you cannot use , for example around belly, you should ask a professional chinese medicine first .
